What is Maarglogix?
Maarglogix is India's transport and supply chain management platform. It connects companies (shippers) with verified transporters — making freight booking, tracking, and payments simple, safe, and digital.
Who can use Maarglogix?
Two types of users:
  • Companies — businesses that need to move goods. Post bookings, search transporters, track shipments.
  • Transporters — truck owners, fleet owners, city transporters, port operators. List routes, receive bookings, earn payments.
Drivers also have a dedicated dashboard to activate trips and mark deliveries.
Is Maarglogix available across India?
Yes. Maarglogix is pan-India. We support interstate freight, city transport, and port/OCD operations across all states.
What is Garuda V?
Garuda V is the official Maarglogix mobile app for Android and iOS. It lets clients and transporters manage bookings, chat, track shipments, request advances, and release payments — all from their phone. Download it from Google Play or the App Store.
How is Maarglogix different from other freight platforms?
Maarglogix is built specifically for the Indian freight market with:

How do I post a booking?
After registration, go to your dashboard → Post Booking. Fill in the origin, destination, cargo type, weight, pickup date, and any special requirements. Matching transporters will send you quotations within hours.
Can I search for transporters directly?
Yes. Use the Search Routes section in your dashboard to find transporters by origin, destination, and vehicle type. You can view their routes, fleet details, and contact them directly.
How does the "Protect Your Funds" escrow work?
When you pay for a booking:
  • Your advance payment is held safely by Maarglogix
  • Once the trip starts, you release the advance to the transporter (₹250 platform fee)
  • After goods are delivered, you confirm and release the full payment (₹500 platform fee)
  • Your money is never released without your approval
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once a transporter accepts your booking and activates the trip, you can track the status in real time — Pending → Confirmed → In Transit → Delivered. Push notifications are sent at each stage via the Garuda V app.
Can I chat with the transporter?
Yes. Each confirmed booking has a built-in chat thread between you and the transporter. Available on both the web dashboard and the Garuda V mobile app.
Do I get an invoice for my payments?
Yes. A GST-compliant tax invoice (with CGST + SGST breakdown) is automatically generated and emailed to you as soon as your plan payment is confirmed by admin. You can also view and download all invoices from your dashboard → Billing & Invoices.

What types of transporters can register?
We support four transporter categories:
  • Transporter — Interstate and long-haul freight
  • Fleet Owner — Multiple vehicles for hire
  • City Transport — Within-city and local freight
  • Port / OCD — Port and container depot operations
Each category appears separately in company search results.
How do I receive booking requests?
Add your routes in the dashboard → My Routes section. Companies posting bookings along your route will see your listing. You can also browse all open bookings in the Find Bookings section and send quotations directly.
Are quotations really free?
Yes — 100% free on every plan including the Free plan. There is no limit on the number of quotations you can send. This is one of our core commitments to transporters.
What is the fuel advance system?
Transporters can request fuel or repair advances for active bookings. The admin reviews and approves the amount. The advance is disbursed via UPI or bank transfer directly. A ₹250 platform fee applies per advance payment.
How does trip activation work?
Once a booking is confirmed, the driver (or transporter) activates the trip from the driver dashboard or Garuda V app. This notifies the client that the vehicle has departed. After delivery, mark it as Delivered — the client is then prompted to release the full payment.
What is the Fleet Business Page?
Fleet Owners can create a dedicated Business Page (₹15,000/year) with their company logo, multiple office addresses, unlimited vehicle listings, unlimited routes, and a public profile visible to all companies on Maarglogix. It's like your own business directory listing.

What plans are available?
For Companies: Starter (₹999/year) · Enterprise (₹2,499/year)

For Transporters: Free · Pro (₹750/month, 2 routes) · Max (₹1,000/month, 4 routes) · Enterprise (₹2,500/month, 7 routes)

Additional routes: ₹300/route/month. Quotations are FREE on all plans.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to your dashboard → Plans & Billing section. Select your desired plan, pay via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) or Razorpay. Enter your UPI transaction reference number. The admin verifies and activates your plan within a few hours. You receive a tax invoice by email.
How long does UPI payment verification take?
UPI payments are manually verified by our admin team. Verification typically takes 2–4 hours during business hours (9 AM to 7 PM IST). Once verified, your plan activates instantly and you receive an invoice by email.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A complete GST-compliant tax invoice (with invoice number, HSN code, CGST + SGST breakdown, and your company/GST details) is automatically generated and emailed to you upon payment confirmation. You can also view and print all invoices from your dashboard anytime.
What is the escrow platform fee?
Maarglogix charges a small fee for managing the escrow (safe funds holding):
  • ₹250 — when you release an advance payment to the transporter
  • ₹500 — when you release the full booking payment after delivery
GST (18%) applies on these platform fees only. Freight charges between you and the transporter are direct and not subject to platform fees.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Plans are non-refundable once activated. If you have concerns about your payment or plan, please contact contact@maarglogix.com within 48 hours of payment. We review cases individually.

Where can I download the Garuda V app?
Garuda V is available on:
  • Android — Google Play Store (search "Garuda V")
  • iOS — Apple App Store (search "Garuda V")
Use the same email and password as your Maarglogix.com account — no separate registration needed.
Is my Maarglogix login the same on the app?
Yes. Your Maarglogix.com account works directly on the Garuda V app. Just enter the same email and password. All your bookings, routes, and messages are synced in real time.
What can I do on the Garuda V app?
The app includes all features of the web dashboard plus:
  • Push notifications for booking updates, payments, and messages
  • Driver dashboard — activate trips and mark deliveries from phone
  • In-app chat with clients or transporters
  • Protect Your Funds — release advance and full payment
  • Booking ratings and reviews
  • Offline mode — works even without internet
Does the app work offline?
The Garuda V app has an offline mode that caches your recent data. You can view your bookings and routes without internet. Any changes made offline sync automatically when you reconnect.
👤 Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email or phone number. You'll receive an OTP via SMS and email. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. The entire process takes under 2 minutes.
How do I update my company or GST details?
Go to your dashboard → My Profile section. You can update your company name, GST number, phone, address, and operating lanes at any time. Changes save immediately.
Can I change my email address?
Email addresses cannot be changed directly for security reasons. If you need to change your registered email, please contact contact@maarglogix.com with your account details and proof of ownership.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your dashboard → My Profile → scroll to Account Actions → Delete Account. Type "DELETE" to confirm. Your account data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, in case you change your mind. Active bookings must be resolved before deletion.
Is my data safe with Maarglogix?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store plain text passwords. Payment data is handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We never sell your data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
