Questions about pricing

Is registration really free? +
Yes — 100% free. Both transporters and companies register at zero cost. No credit card required, no trial period. The free plan is permanent.
Are quotations really free for transporters? +
Yes. Sending quotations is completely free on all plans — including the free plan. Transporters never pay to respond to booking requests.
What does Maarglogix charge for? +
Maarglogix charges for premium features like additional route listings, priority placement and advanced analytics — available through upgrade plans. There is also an optional ₹500 Trip Mode activation fee for escrow-protected payments.
What is Trip Mode and does it cost anything? +
Trip Mode is optional escrow protection — payments are routed through Maarglogix so both parties are protected. Either party can activate it for ₹500. Without Trip Mode, the company and transporter deal directly — Maarglogix earned from registration.
How do upgrade payments work? +
All upgrade payments are made via UPI to our official Maarglogix UPI ID. Once your transaction is verified by our team, your plan is activated — usually within a few hours.
Can I cancel my upgrade plan? +
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — you retain access until the end of your billing period. One-time plans (like Company Starter) do not expire. Contact support at contact@maarglogix.com for any billing questions.
