A transparent 4-party process — driver, transporter, workshop and Maarglogix all on the same page.
Breakdown Alert
Driver raises a repair request from the dashboard — shares location, breakdown type and nearest workshop details.
Review & Assign
Transporter gets instant alert. Reviews the request, approves a workshop (pre-authorised or nearest available).
Submit Estimate
Workshop manager fills in parts, quantities, prices, labour charges and uploads photos and videos of the damage.
Approve & Pay
Transporter reviews the estimate and approves. Payment released to workshop's UPI. Work begins immediately.
Easy digital repair submission
No paper estimates, no phone calls back and forth. The workshop manager fills one form and the transporter gets everything they need to approve.
Parts & Labour Breakdown
Add each part with description, part number, quantity and price. The system auto-calculates the total. Labour and service charges are listed separately.
Photo & Video Upload
Upload multiple photos of the damage and short videos showing the exact issue. This helps the transporter understand the repair without being physically present.
Repair Time Estimate
Workshop specifies how long the repair will take. This helps the transporter and company plan for any delivery delays on the route.
UPI Payment on Approval
Workshop provides their UPI ID. Once the transporter approves the estimate, payment is released directly to the workshop — no cash handling needed.

The workshop repair form captures all the information in one go — nothing is missed.
This is a critical rule of the system. The workshop must submit the estimate and wait for transporter approval before starting any repair work. Payment is only released after approval. This protects all parties and ensures transparency. Maarglogix is not responsible for any work done without prior approval from the transporter.
